Aamir, Hrithik, Sunny are living on rent

Aamir Khan

Living in the city on rent used to be a problem best reserved for TV actors and Bollywood strugglers. But with real estate prices in the maximum city shooting through the roof steadily, even the biggest names in the business are now picking up properties on rent, even temporarily.

AAMIR KHAN Where: Two floors in Freeda, One on Carter Road, right next to Naivedya, a bungalow that belongs to a close relative of Amitabh Bachchan and not the Bachchans themselves as was earlier rumoured to be the case. Did you know? Aamir's current residence has an enviable view of the sea.

HRITHIK ROSHAN Where: A floor in Prime Beach, Juhu, the buiding in which Akshay Kumar has several flats and his office. Did you know? Hrithik's apartment, still in the process of being done up, has the best view of Juhu Beach. You can see the waves hitting the shores close enough. The actor's estranged wife Sussanne and their two sons are staying in a home near Seven Bungalows, Versova for a killer rent.

SACHIIN JOSHI Where: A fancy apartment (pool included) with an adjoining terrace in one of the best buildings in Pali Hill.

IMTIAZ ALI Where: Highway filmmaker, Imtiaz Ali stays on rent in Raheja Classique, somewhat diagonally opposite where his wife Preeti and their daughter stay in a building complex. Did you know? When Saif Ali Khan moved out of his bungalow after he divorced Amrita Singh and was dating Roza Catalano, he stayed on rent in the same area.

SUNNY LEONE Where: She is staying on rent in Celina Jaitly's apartment in Versova. Did you know? Tired of staying at hotels, she and her husband Daniel Weber found this place suited to their temperament and their need for privacy.

Hrithik & Kat Take a Midnight Walk?

Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif were allegedly spotted walking together and getting cozy in Juhu Beach at 3 a.m. recently. Little did they know the paparazzi was not far behind. After a while, they realized that they were being photographed. Hrithik reportedly grabbed the camera from the photographer and deleted the pictures. He did not want his private moment to be published.

However, some of the pictures still made their way to the publication and it's rumoured that Hrithik called them and demanded that they should not be published.

Sussanne: You cannot blame Arjun Rampal for my separation from Hrithik Roshan

Sussanne has put to rest all the buzz surrounding her relationship with good friend Arjun

Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne’s separation took their family, friends and fans by surprise. When Hrithik issued a statement to the media announcing his split with wife Sussanne, there were also rumours doing rounds about the reason why the once ‘it’ couple of B-town was heading for a separation. Reports suggested that Sussanne growing proximity with Hrithik’s good friend Arjun Rampal was what caused trouble in their marriage. However soon after this Arjun Rampal too issued a statement denying all these reports. Rumour mills were pouring out details of how Arjun’s wifey Mehr Jessia was mighty pissed with her hubby and even suspected that her husband had gotten too close for comfort with friend Sussanne on the pretext of supporting her during tough times.

However yesterday’s scene at Bandra 190 store launch had stark contrast to all that was said and heard in the last few days. Friends of the Roshans came in full support of Sussanne everyone from Arjun Rampal-Mehr Jessia, Shahrukh and Gauri Khan, Salman Khan, Arbaaz and Malaika Arora Khan were present. Not only that, Sussanne also decided to clear Arjun’s name from the rumours, she said, “You can’t blame anyone for this. It is sad to blame anyone. We are close-knit friends. It’s not right to blame anyone. There is no reason. Sometimes you have to do this because of a situation.”

The Rock On!! actor too decided to take this opportunity and clear his name, the actor told reporters, “If Sussanne and Hrithik are happy staying separately they should, one should close and old chapter and start a new one. I have stood by Sussanne because she is like my family member.”

Hrithik Roshan finds a replacement for Sussanne Khan!

Not so long time ago there were reports that Hrithik Roshan will be moving out of his eighth floor apartment in El Palazzo. In the same building, his parents Rakesh Roshan and Pinky Roshan reside on the ninth floor, with a common entertainment area and a gymnasium on the tenth floor. So is the Krrish 3 actor actually moving out of this plush well-equipped home? Well, we hear that the actor will be temporarily moving into Prime Beach Apartments in Juhu. It’s the same building where Akshay Kumar owns his place. And Hrithik moving out has nothing to do with his separation from his wife Sussanne Khan. The actor is moving out as his apartment in El Palazzo is under renovation.

Well, this time around, Hrithik’s apartment isn’t being done by Sussanne but John Abraham’s brother Alan Abraham will be renovating it. Hrithik’s estranged wife Sussanne is an interior designer, who has not only designed several celebrity homes but also his El Palazzo apartment before.

Well, does Hrithik want no reminders of his relationship gone kaput which is why he replaced Sussanne with a new designer, we wonder. Anyways, as per reports, Hrithik is allergic to dust and that’s the only reason why he is moving out while his place gets renovated…

AHMED KHAN SELECTS SALMAN OVER HRITHIK

Hrithik Roshan is currently shooting for ‘Bang Bang’ in Delhi and the actor had to shoot a song sequence out there, but at the end moment choreographer Ahmed Khan opted out of the film.

According to the reports, Ahmed Khan opted out of the project because of Salman Khan starrer ‘Kick’. The director of the film ‘Bang Bang’, Siddharth Anand, asked Ahmed to select one film, ‘Bang Bang’ or ‘Kick’ and the choreographer opted for Salman Khan’s film and said no to Hrithik’s film. Ahmed has been replaced with Bosco-Ceasar who have already flown to Delhi.

A source close to the film reveals, "Ahmed's dates went haywire because the schedule of ‘Kick’ got extended by two days and ate into the dates allotted to ‘Bang Bang’. A few days ago, Siddharth called him up and they had a long chat. He asked Ahmed why he had not made it to Delhi yet. The conversation ended with Siddharth telling Ahmed that he needs to take a call immediately."

Ahmed decided to be a part of ‘Kick’

"He had huge differences with Salman during the making of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. Only recently, they patched up with Sajid playing mediator. Moreover, he couldn't have left a Salman-Jacqueline song midway when both were in the mood to improvise. That's the reason the ‘Kick’ song needed two extra days to complete," added the source.

Confirming the news, Ahmed said, "Yes, I am out of ‘Bang Bang’ after choreographing a song for the film. It was a tough call but I decided to continue with ‘Kick’."

Delhi Traffic Police stops Hrithik Roshan's film shooting

Hrithik Roshan shot some gravity-defying stunts above the flyover bridge at Mayur Vihar Extension Metro station in Delhi on Sunday morning.

Hrithik and Katrina Kaif have been shooting in the capital, favouring Delhi's flyovers for their film's action sequences. The shooting was stopped in the afternoon by the Delhi Traffic Police, for causing a jam.

The duo traveled across Spain while shooting for Zoya Akhtar's Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. She also did a special song and dance number in his Agneepath. The song Chikni Chameli was shot over three days with Hrithik on the sets for just a day. Bang Bang has brought them together once again and according to the source their friendship seems to have deepened.
